We'll appraise, negotiate and secure a price before presenting.
We will appraise the property and negotiate a purchase price on your behalf.
We will present you with a deal with accurate refurbishment figures drawn up my our expert build team.
This gives you a crystal clear picture of how much profit you will make on each deal done with us.
Step three
Case management, from refurbishment to the sale.
For those busy investors who don't want the hassle of managing a refurbishment project, we've got you covered.
